Did some cardio today. 3 days in a row of 5,000 steps or more. (5,000 is my goal.)
Cardio consisted of a circuit between my Gazelle, mini stepper, and moves from DVD programs like Walk Away The Pounds and some DVD moves from Slim in 6
Cardio totaled 35 minutes. Then I did 15 minutes of gentle yoga and stretching.
Some restless leg pain tonight and I pulled my elbow (while not working out). Otherwise I'm handling the exercise really well.
This morning I didn't know if I would feel like I had been hit by a train or not. But thankfully I feel fine. A little sore from working out but nothing major. That is a win.
Tomorrow = rest and yoga.
